Ah, this one’s simple! Your TV should come with instructions to help you set up Freely. The steps will be slightly different based on your TV, but they usually include the following.
Before switching on your TV
Have your Wi-Fi password ready. If you're using a wired Ethernet connection (recommended), connect your TV to the router before starting.
If you're connecting an aerial to top up your channels, make sure it's connected to your TV before you begin the setup process.

Switch on your TV
When you turn on your TV, you'll be taken through a series of steps to set up your TV and Freely. These may include:
- Selecting your language
- Choosing your location
- Setting your region, which involves entering your postcode
- Connecting your device to the internet – you’ll need your Wi-Fi password here for a wireless connection
- Running a channel scan
