We don’t like to gatekeep when it comes to the biggest and the best shows, so it’s only right that we share some pretty good news – Welcome to Chippendales is finalllyyyy coming to free TV and we mean FREE, (yes, all caps!), to ITVX! And it couldn't have come at a better time, after the news of a certain streaming platform increasing their prices...
So, here's the lowdown on one of the top-tier dramas coming to TV this month:
Everything you need to know about Welcome to Chippendales
If you're after a new TV series to add to your watchlist, this is it. Get ready for the wild ride that is Welcome to Chippendales.
The official synopsis reads:
"A sprawling true-crime saga, Welcome to Chippendales tells the outrageous story of Somen “Steve” Banerjee, an Indian immigrant who became the unlikely founder of the world’s greatest male-stripping empire—and let nothing stand in his way in the process."
As you can probably tell, it's not your average 'pursuit of the American dream' story. There's ambition, there's glamour, there's drama, and there's a whole lot of glitter. Think backstabbing, business rivalries, and maybe even a little bit of... well, let's just say it's not all sunshine and rainbows.
Watch the original trailer below (but, don't forget you'll be able to watch this on ITVX), so no subscription needed!
