When a new player app launches on Freely (woooo!) it should appear automatically for you to use. If you know a new player app has been released but it’s not showing, check to make sure your Freely app is up to date.
If you need to update the Freely app manually, click on the Settings menu gear icon on your TV Guide (at the top right of the screen) and select Software Updates. This will check for the latest software and give you the option to update.
